Backyard Builds Co. started the way most good things do — out back, on weekends, with a pile of cedar and an idea. What began as a single planter box for our own garden turned into orders from neighbors, then friends of neighbors, then strangers across town.

Every piece is still made the same way: by us, by hand, one at a time. We pick the boards, we cut the joinery, we sand the corners, we deliver it ourselves. No factory, no flat-pack, no shortcuts.
